Your role

At HMS Networks, we empower industries to connect, communicate and innovate. Within our Industrial Data Solutions (IDS) division, we are looking for a Product Lifecycle Coordinator to drive the coordination of our products' and components' lifecycle, while actively contributing to product performance, quality and cost-efficiency improvements.

This role is first and foremost a coordination and process role: you are the point of convergence between the Supply Chain, R&D and Product Management teams, making sure information flows, deadlines are met and decisions can be made at the right time.

You are comfortable going out to find information wherever it sits, following up with the right people and moving topics forward without waiting to be asked. Your clear communication and your ability to bring different teams together around a shared timeline make the difference.

Your responsibilities

  • Coordinate the lifecycle management process for IDS products and components, from initial tracking through to the final decision (continuity, redesign, replacement, end-of-life).
  • Collaborate with the different teams to identify design improvements that enhance durability, reliability, and cost-efficiency
  • Identify and escalate risks (obsolescence, component end-of-life, supplier constraints) to the right stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain clear dashboards and tracking materials to support decision-making.
  • Actively follow up with the relevant teams to ensure deadlines are met and information is complete.
  • Act as the coordination interface between Supply Chain, R&D and Product Management, ensuring smooth and proactive communication.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the lifecycle management process.

Your profile

You already have solid experience in lifecycle management of industrial products, ideally within the IoT or industrial connectivity sector, and you know how to operate in a multi-stakeholder environment where coordination comes before pure operational work.

Hard skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management or Supply Chain.
  • Proven experience in product engineering or lifecycle management within an industrial or IoT environment (min. 5 years)
  • Ability to read technical documentation, component datasheets, or basic product specifications
  • Good understanding of supply chain dynamics (mandatory).
  • Good command of Microsoft tools (Excel, Office).
  • English B2-C1. You evolve in an international environment and have daily communication in French and English.
  • Experience in an industrialization/production sector (mandatory).

Soft skills

  • We are looking for someone who:
  • Communicates clearly, directly and proactively.
  • Analytical mindset, comfortable interpreting technical and cost data
  • Actively seeks out information rather than waiting for it to come to them.
  • Knows how to bring different teams together around a shared timeline.
  • Is organized, rigorous and comfortable managing several topics in parallel.
  • Is collaborative while still being able to challenge and push things forward.

What we offer

  • A permanent contract within a fast-growing international technology company.
  • A central role, at the crossroads of Supply Chain, R&D and Product Management.
  • Exposure to the latest IoT and industrial connectivity technologies.
  • A flexible work environment, with the possibility of homeworking (2days/week).
  • An attractive salary package and comprehensive benefits including a company car.
  • An international, modern and collaborative working environment.
