YOUR ROLE & RESPONSABILITIES
What is in store for you within our Product & Marketing department ?
On the Product side :
- The student will be a member of the Product Marketing department.
- He will help the team for successful introduction of new products/solutions on the market to comply with market needs and HMS ‘business growth strategy.
- He will support the team in the elaboration of the roadmap.
- He will support the team on a day-to-day basis, with the administrative tasks required to launch new products and also monitor existing products.
- For that, he will be in contact with the market to understand its needs.
- He needs to be data-driven, and will conducts extra analyses on existing Power BI solutions to enhance and refine them.
On the Technical Services side :
- Learning the Industrial Remote connectivity & IIoT market.
- Learning our products through our internal training sessions.
- Developing internal tools to help the Technical Services Team.
- Testing our new products
- Helping to replicate on-site technical issues in collaboration with the Technical Services Ops Team.
- Writing technical documents to help our customers.
On the Marketing side :
- Campaign Launch Support: Assist in creating and launching effective marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand visibility and attracting potential customers.
- Daily Team Support: Contribute to various tasks based on their skillset, such as:
- Design: create or contribute to visuals that align with the campaign's messaging
- Copywriting: Craft engaging, and persuasive content tailored to the target audience
- Technical and data: Analyse data to track campaign performance or support technical aspects like CRM or marketing automation.
- Coordination: Draft strategy plan and help ensure smooth communication and organization between different stakeholders
- Digital Marketing: Participate in social media management, email marketing, and digital advertising
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with each member of the marketing team and maintain contact with the Product & Marketing (P&M) department to align with their goals and ensure that the campaign meets specific needs.
- Skills and Mindset: Develop a solution-centric mindset, become pragmatic in problem-solving, and pay close attention to detail to ensure the quality and effectiveness of each project.
