YOUR MISSION

The DevOps Engineer manages and implements the solution IT infrastructure and the software delivery chain.  He achieves his mission by managing infrastructure as code, by automating the software delivery chain, and by establishing all non-functional requirements driven by the infrastructure. 

The DevOps Engineer ensures the administration of the production environment and the CI/CD environment. He reports to the DevOps Manager.

YOUR IMPACT : ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES

  • Design and implement IT & CI/CD infrastructures, including tests, code reviews & releases
  • Participate in the creation of non-functional requirements of the solution, by establishing functional and technical requirements of IT infrastructure and CI/CD solutions.
  • Maintain the various environments (test, QA, ...), in collaboration with the testers and developers.
  • Operate the solution production environment.
  • Report any potential issue or risk discovered.
  • Collaborate with and support the team members to reach the goals of the team.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Information Security related responsibilities

  • Works according to defined ISMS processes, procedures, and policies
  • Implements and manages technical security solutions and controls in day-to-day operations
  • for job related assets.
  • Handle, manage and classify major security issues according to process.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science.
  • Good working knowledge of English (written and spoken).
  • Good knowledge and experience in the core technical domains : AWS, Linux administration, Shell Scripting (like bash or python), infrastructure as code (Ansible), Cloud Infrastructure & Services, Containerization, CI/CD build chain, IP networking & protocols, firewalling, IT security
  • Some knowledge and experience in technical domain: Source Code Management, VPN technologies, Windows administration, High Availability & Load Balancing, SQL language, DB administration, tests frameworks.
  • SCRUM/Agile knowledge.
